HighPoint Warranty Policies Warranty & RMA Information NVMe AIC SSD Warranty Policy HighPoint RocketAIC NVMe Drives are backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty. HighPoint Limited Warranty: HighPoint agrees to repair, refurbish or replace any HighPoint product which has been determined to be defective for the duration of the product’s Warranty Period. The following Terms apply: A product’s Warranty Period activates on the day of shipment (from HighPoint to the customer). The Warranty Period for a repaired or replacement item is determined as follows (whichever value is longer): The remainder of the original Warranty Period or; The RocketAIC drive’s remaining percentage of useable disk space (TBW lifespan; determined by HighPoint). When the TBW/DWPD rating indicates that the useable lifespan of the RocketAIC is effectively zero, the Warranty is considered to have expired. Product warranties are non-transferable, and only extend to the original purchaser or recipient of a gift. We will only honor warranties for product purchased directly from HighPoint, or from HighPoint authorized resellers or distributors . Please do not tamper with or attempt to remove any warranty labels applied to the product; doing so will void the product warranty. Modification to, alteration of or applying non-certified software updates to the product will void the product’s warranty.
