Q-SATA Connectivity Solution: Q-SATA, or Quad-SATA is a connectivity Solution that utilizes SFF-8088 connectors to deliver true SATA 6Gb/s RAID Storage performance at an affordable price point. “Q” refers to the performance capability of the connection, which quadruples the SATA transfer bandwidth up to 2x 2,400MB/s, and fully optimizes RAID performance for up to 8 SATA 6Gb/s SSD or hard drives.
