Apple is now shipping the first generation of Mac platforms built around their innovative M1 Chip. The M1 is the first SoC (System on Chip) designed entirely in-house by Apple. M1 powered systems are already setting performance records and establishing new benchmarks for compact, low-power computing applications.
Our current and upcoming NVMe RAID Controller, HBA, RAID Enclosures and AIC drives product lines are M1 Platform ready. In addition, customers currently working with legacy Mac platforms will be able to seamlessly migrate existing NVMe storage configurations to M1 platforms.

The 8-Port SSD7140 employs our new ultra-efficient, multi-stage cooling solution that combines a high-conductivity thermal pad with an anodized aluminum heatsink equipped with dual built-in, low noise fans. This design ensures the M.2 SSDs, NVMe chipset and RAID componentry remain cool, even under heavy load, while minimizing the risk of distraction in the work environment.
The SSD7104 is ideal for high-performance media applications that require a distraction free work environment.
The SSD7104 can operate in complete silence, thanks to its full-length black anodized aluminum heat sink and ventilated full-height bracket, which work in conjunction to dissipate waste heat away from critical NVMe chipset componentry and the four hosted M.2 NVMe SSD’s.

HS8004F Cooling System - The HS8004F is avaiable for the SSD7104 controller, and combines a full-length anodized aluminum heat sink with an integrated cooling fan.
