The drivers for the RocketU controller are installed but there are no entries for the device in Device Manager?

Answer

This is a system resource issue that may be resolved by the following steps.
Step 1: Disable some of the motherboard resources that are not used, unused UBS ports, sound ports, Serial Ports.
Step 2: Move the RocketU controller another PCI-e slot on the motherboard and then check the entries once more.
Step 3: Test each USB port by connecting a USB device for device detection.
